Two sanitary posts will be installed in the Almaty region

Two sanitary posts will be installed in the Panfilov district of the Almaty region, where the incidence rate of coronavirus for the past seven days per 100 thousand population was 45.1 (57 cases), Tengrinews.kz reports with reference to the decree published on the Instagram page of the district akimat.

Further, the text of the resolution:

Introduce strengthening of restrictive measures in the Panfilov district. The quarantine regime and terms may be changed in accordance with the changing situation on the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19.

At the borders of the Panfilov district, the installation of sanitary posts at the entrance / exit from / to the area from among police officers, medical workers and local executive bodies for conducting non-contact thermometry and collecting data at the place of direction of entering and leaving people, questioning arriving persons:

• checkpoint on the Khorgos - Zhetygen highway near the Ili bridge,
• checkpoint on the Zharkent - Saryozek highway, Konyrolen village.

Prohibition of entry / exit to / from the territory of Panfilov district from other regions of all persons and vehicles, except for:

1. Inhabitants of Panfilov district returning from other regions;
2. Persons and vehicles for the carriage of goods, including transit;
3. Persons and freight transport, delivery services of essential goods, food, medicines and medical products, protective and hygiene products, fuels and lubricants, spare parts for vehicles, production equipment, etc., if there are supporting documents of the order (check , order sheet, etc.);
4. Persons and transport of utilities, emergency services (electricity, gas, water supply), garbage collection, communications and communications, as well as employees and transport of management of communications networks and technical support of telecom operators, organizations for the transportation of goods (air, railway and by road) and specialized transport necessary to ensure the life of the region, with a certificate from the place of work.

This decree shall enter into force from 07:00 a.m. on December 24, 2020.
