Covered 4-axle wagon with cubic capacity of 140 m3 or more with wide doorways.
The wagon is designed and suitable for the transportation of unitized cargo, packaged and some types of bulk dry goods (grain), that require protection from precipitation on railways of 1520 mm. gauge.
The truck consists of 2-axle bogies model 18-100, wheel pairs are equipped with roller-bearing.
The can be installed on wheel pairs with gauge width of 1435 mm. the wagon is equipped with: automatic coupling CA-3 and shock absorbing device ПМК-110А; automatic air brake № 483M, automatic slack adjuster № 574Б, empty load device № 265A-1 and parking brake. All supporting elements of the wagon are made of low-alloyed steel 09Г2Д. The body is all-metal. Each wall side has four loading hatches with ventilation grills and the doorway that is closed by two longitudinally moving doors. The roof is all-metal, removable in the process of repairing. The walls and the doors of the wagon are veneered with softwood inside. The roof of the wagon is covered with wooden fiberboard inside. The floor of the wagon can be wooden o made of corrugated metal sheet. There are fixing elements for unitized cargo inside the wagon.
